About the nature of feelings and the fragrance of time, about the mystery of the poetic gift.
The musical and literary program, built on the drama of the book «A few heart beats» based on Marina Tsvetaeva letters to the young poet Nikolai Gronsky. The geographical and cultural context of the famous correspondence (France, 1928-1933) will be revealed through music, entourage, projections with the canvases of the great Impressionists of that time.
Maria Aronova and Vladislav Gandrabura will present a unique correspondence. She is a brilliant poetess Marina Tsvetaeva having her 34 summer that year. Her correspondent and the lover is Nikolai Gronsky, an 18-year-old boy from a professorial family of emigrants, a novice poet. Tsvetaeva wrote from the resort town in the south of France, she was looking forward to the arrival of her beloved and was happy. He answered from Paris with the fervor of a passionate poet. Young Gronsky did not yield to Marina neither in the power of affection, nor in the level of intelligence or in nobility. In letters, the interlocutors appear in many ways: as lovers, friends, as a mother and son, a mentor and a disciple. «I was his first love, and he seems - my last» - Marina wrote later. Beautiful, turbulent and diverse music will be an important part of this amazing dialogue. A panoramic projection will complement the realism of what will take place.

Dress code
In all ages a visit to the theatre was a festive occasion. Women donned their best evening attire and for their menfolk black tie was de rigueur. In our day, no one demands a strict dress code of visitors to the Gala Evening. In the mad hassle of Moscow life, a visit to the theatre comes, more often than not, at the end of the working day which rules out changing for the theatre. And, therefore, you will get away with a quite democratic dress form. You should not, however, take things to extremes: a man in shorts will not be allowed into the auditorium and women, in our view should keep to a decent dress style, bearing in mind that they may well be sitting next to people in full evening dress.
GALA - (fr. gala) - means a festive occasion; celebration; special entertainment.
